The Blustream RMA Portal is designed to streamline support and return requests through a ticket-based system. Here’s how it works:
- Create a new support ticket by clicking “Open a New Ticket”. Each ticket is assigned a unique number for easy tracking.
- Use “Check Ticket Status” to monitor updates and responses online.
- If you already have an account, signing in before creating your ticket ensures that all your requests are linked to your profile, giving you access to a complete history of past interactions.
- Ensure you select the correct region when submitting your RMA. Contact your account manager if you’re unsure.
Logged-in users also gain access to the Blustream Knowledgebase, a comprehensive library of guides, troubleshooting tips, and product information. This can help you resolve issues quickly without waiting for support.
